trying to drink my 64 oz per day… sometimes, I feel like I’m drowning and just can’t take in any more!  One trick I use is pouring almost a full glass and topping off with a juice: cranberry, blueberry or my favorite, pomegranite.  It’s more of a sweet treat then and I think I’m still getting all the benefits of water.
