Oils infused

I’ve been infusing olive oils (check out 101 cookbooks- Heidi has a Bean Soup with garlic/paprika oil & a toasted cumin oil, link under post). Once started, I’m having a hard time stopping. I use a coffee filter in a mason jar to strain the oils- they smell wonderful, my hands are soft & fragrant from squeezing the last of it through the filter, & the jars lined up on the shelf are enticing me to cook something incredible (cumin oil with shrimp?) Lovely~
